Doug and Karen Filos live in Paradise Valley and share a passion for creating inspiring spaces where people can gather, share, and create in an environment that fosters community and connection. Karen, a true artist with a background in creating one of a kind hats at Frik n Frak Designs has always been drawn to a life grounded in creativity. She envisioned a sanctuary where people could escape the everyday hustle and reconnect with their creative spirit. Doug, who shares Karen's love for the outdoors and hosting, brought his passion for creating welcoming, engaging environments that foster unforgettable memories. Their vision is a haven for creatives, a place where every season of life is celebrated, connections grow deeper, and memories are made, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Paradise Valley.

As our dedicated Venue Retreat Coordinator, Blake combines a strong background in hospitality with a creative flair for social media to deliver seamless, memorable experiences for every guest. With years of experience in event planning, guest services, and digital engagement, she brings both professionalism and warmth to every retreat we host.

Blake also owns “Be Social TX”  a boutique content creation company based in Big Sky, Montana. She specializes in elevated visuals for brands and individuals, with a signature focus on wedding day-of content creation.
